Emergency Broadband Benefit

Beginning May 12th, 2021 the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) will launch the Emergency Broadband Benefit to assist households struggling to pay for broadband service during the COVID-19 pandemic. *This is a temporary program*.Eligible households can apply for the program via one of the ways listed below:


1. Contact your preferred internet provider to learn about their application process


2. Apply online  


3. Call 833-511-0311 for an application, and return it along with proof of eligibility to: Emergency Broadband Support Center, P.O. Box 7081, London, KY 40742.

Medical Baseline Allowance Program


The need to obtain a medical professional's signature to apply for the Medical Baseline Allowance Program offered by Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), Southern California Edison (SCE), San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) has been waived and will expire 6/30/2021.
The program is for households that depend on power to operate medical devices, who have mobility needs, or use equipment for certain conditions.
Customers enrolled in the Medical Baseline Allowance program will receive additional electricity, per day, at the lowest rate.
